Project Video Soon!


Hey guys,

I wanted to make a post to let everyone know that the project has been connected successfully to the SpatialOS Network and is still running at full frames in a massive open world environment with a 4k Landscape material in a standalone version built with Unreal Engine 4.

The character can spawn in the world with many players on different computers with little to no lag as lag is a HUGE deal in a VR game.

The VR character has a nice running and jump animation and head movement inverse kinematic tracking to emulate the rotation and movement of the players head in the world(so you can nod and turn your head in game)   ;)

I hope to have a development video up soon to show everyone the progress of the early stages of the project after I link the motion controllers to the hands also using IK movement tracking thus letting you do things like shadow box and interact with things in the world.
